Job summary

The position requires a 4+ year track record in manufacturing maintenance/engineering and 2–4 years in a managerial role, with strong leadership and language skills in English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive manufacturing maintenance and/or engineering experience
• 2–4 years in a related managerial role
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Drive and promote Safety Always in all activities related to plant equipment, facilities and personnel
• Support maintenance strategy, processes and procedures to optimize equipment uptime
• Develop understanding of maintenance team skills and provide development opportunities
• Coordinate with operations to align production schedules with maintenance priorities
• Manage maintenance budget and control expenditures
• Produce written reports and presentations on maintenance performance
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Develop and coach a high‑performance maintenance team and improve OEE
• Collaborate with operations to ensure compliance with maintenance strategies
