Quadrant Health Group in Weatherford, TX is hiring a Maintenance & Transportation Specialist to support daily operations at our behavioral health facilities. The role blends facility maintenance with client transportation, requiring safety and professionalism in interactions with clients and staff.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with roughly equal time split between maintenance tasks and transportation duties, including driving responsibilities and documentation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, staff, leadership, and outside providers.

Mansioni

• Maintain facility upkeep with routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Transport clients safely to appointments, facilities, airports, and other destinations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform required vehicle inspections.
• Keep transportation logs and documentation up to date.
• Follow company policies on confidentiality, safety, and professional boundaries.
