Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services is seeking a Lead Training Technician to manage maintenance operations, develop training programs, and streamline onboarding for new hires. You will drive safety, equipment onboarding, and hands-on training in a cutting-edge facility.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance of conveyors, coordinating preventive maintenance, and supporting LOTO, CPR/First Aid, and other safety programs. Expect up to 50% travel and a strong focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• Certifications in safety or electrical areas a plus.
• 5+ years in conveyors, maintenance, and PM management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of conveyors, electrical and building systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures and work orders.
• Develop and deliver service technician training plans.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate safety training (LOTO, CPR/First Aid, etc.) and safety culture.
• Support site onboarding via BizOps and ensure VPN/laptop access.
• Travel up to 50% for in-person learning and workshops.
