Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA is seeking a Maintenance Training Instructor to join our team in Broomfield, CO. You will provide Pilatus Maintenance and Familiarization instruction to operators and Service Center technicians in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, OEM documentation, and FAA standards.

The role requires an A&P license, 5 years aviation experience (2+ in maintenance/construction), PC-12/PC-24 knowledge, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• A&P license required; IA preferred.
• 5 years aviation experience with at least 2 in aircraft construction/maintenance/development.
• Thorough PC-12 and PC-24 knowledge with prior instruction/training experience preferred.
• Knowledge of other corporate turboprop and jet aircraft, engines, and systems a plus.
• FSI instructor qualification (to be provided by FSI).
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to work in a team or independently.
• Strong initiative, attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Good computer skills including MS Windows and MS Office.
• Valid passport and travel ~25% (up to 2 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Provide Pilatus Maintenance and Familiarization instruction to operators and Service Center technicians.
• Instruct in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, OEM docs, and FAA standards.
• Collaborate with team and support continuous training improvements.
• Travel as required to support customer sites and training events.

What you bring

• Valid passport and approximately 25% travel required, up to 2 weeks at a time

• The salary range for this position is $86, 000 - 107, 000 per year depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
