Mercedes-Benz Vans, LLC in South Carolina seeks a Maintenance Training Coordinator to act as a liaison for department training, develop plans and curriculums, and, when needed, teach classes. You will coordinate with plant managers, apprentices, and other plant coordinators to ensure all training requirements are met for the department.
You will identify training needs, administer SABA, vet external vendors with People Relations, support plant tours for candidates, and create training content

The Maintenance Training Coordinator will be responsible as a liaison for all department training for current members and apprentices. The coordinator will develop training plans, curriculums and in some cases teach classes and coordinate with other plant coordinators to ensure all training requirements are met for the department.
