Job summary

ATI, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Maintenance Trades Helper to assist skilled maintenance trades and perform custodial tasks. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled maintenance trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and custodial tasks as required.
• Clean offices, restrooms, common areas, and equipment; sanitize and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with lawn care and grounds maintenance including seasonal tasks.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality customer service during maintenance operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
