ATI, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Trades Helper in Arlington, VA. This Full-time role supports skilled maintenance trades and custodial/grounds tasks, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years working in the maintenance field.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe working culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled maintenance trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and with custodial/grounds duties.
• Keep materials and tools supplied; clean work areas and equipment; perform routine inspections.
• Clean offices, restrooms, common areas, elevators, kitchenettes, locker rooms, and a fitness center as needed.
• Assist with lawn care, leaf/debris removal, irrigation, snow removal, and de-icing.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality customer service during maintenance operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
