Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas in Dyersburg, TN is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to maintain production machinery and electrical systems, install and test PLCs, and complete preventive maintenance.

You will read blueprints, diagnose issues, coach Associates, and ensure safety while meeting deadlines. This role requires strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, service manuals and maintenance records.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and train Associates and interact with diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production machinery and electrical equipment per schedule.
• Read blueprints and service manuals to diagnose issues and perform repairs.
• Install, test, program, and repair PLC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders, PM rounds.
