Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Barron, WI facility on 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Mon–Fri with overtime). You will perform preventative maintenance on packaging equipment and troubleshoot daytime issues to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and/or electrical experience, PLC troubleshooting skills, and a hands-on attitude. An Associate degree or high school diploma is required; training opportunities include Multivac school in

Insight Global is looking for full time Maintenance Technicians to join one of their large food processing clients at their Barron, WI facility. This would be a permanent role, during 2nd shift with the hours of 2 PM to 10:30 PM on M-F with OT eligibility. In this role, you would be responsible for preventative maintenance on packaging equipment and servicing equipment errors from earlier in the day. This position offers a fantastic benefits package, including an paid training program at Multivac school in Kansas, and much more! The pay range for this position is in tiers decided by the client post interview, ranging from $28-$41, with multiple bonus opportunities.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong mechanical experience and/or electrical experience (preference within an industrial environment, but also open to some commercial/hvac backgrounds)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Drive to grow in your career, ability to work on a team as well as independently
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Associates or HSD
