Job Opening: Maintenance Technician

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Hourly Rate: $28.84 per hour

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team of approximately 700 employees on 2nd shift. The role involves providing quality maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures for plant equipment and facilities. The technician will collaborate with production management to identify and resolve defects and emergencies, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Work Environment: Climate-controlled, with training provided on equipment and processes.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.

Shift Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts, start times vary.

Starting Pay Range: $20.42 - $32.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Coordinate procedures during plant shutdowns or emergencies.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on utilities, facilities, and machinery.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
• Manage line changeovers, startups, and shutdowns.
• Adhere to safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain records and statistical data related to maintenance activities.
