Your new role includes:

1. Apartment Turnovers
2. Maintenance Repairs
3. Preventative Maintenance
4. Inspections
5. Resident Relations

Who we're looking for:

1. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
2. A team player with excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
3. A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
4. 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred
5. Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and vehicle insurance
6. Must pass a background check and drug screening
