Hotel Earl, a premier boutique hotel in Charlevoix, seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician who can work on both weekdays and weekends. Prior hotel maintenance experience is preferred, but strong general skills and a hospitality mindset are welcome. This is a year-round, benefits-eligible position with growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $22/hour with potential for higher compensation based on experience. Benefits begin after 90 days, including PTO, Medical, Vision, Dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
• Willing to work both weekdays and weekends.
• Interest in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Performing minor repairs, painting, drywalling, and light carpentry.
• Conducting pool and spa maintenance.
• Addressing general maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.
