Hotel Earl, managed by Hotel Investment Services, seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to work year-round at our Michigan property. Flexible weekday and weekend availability is required and growth opportunities are excellent.

Responsibilities include minor repairs, painting, drywall, light carpentry, pool/spa maintenance, and prompt handling of maintenance needs. Benefits after 90 days include PTO, medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Prior hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Open to candidates with relevant skills and interest in hospitality.
