Job summary

Hotel Earl in Charlevoix, MI is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to keep the property in excellent condition. This year-round, benefits-eligible role requires flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, with prior hotel maintenance experience preferred.

You will handle minor repairs, painting, pool and spa upkeep, and general maintenance tasks, with opportunities for growth within the boutique hotel team.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician who is available to work both weekdays and weekends.
