Mercy Housing in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site work to complete preventive maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers. You’ll help keep the property clean, safe, and inviting while delivering friendly customer service to residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and basic building maintenance knowledge; preferred one year of skilled maintenance and technical trades training. Pay is $21–$22 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner and cleans up after work is complete.

• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard‑free environment.

This is an on‑site position.

Pay: $21‑22 per hour, dependent on experience.
