Mercy Housing in Chicago, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers on-site at South Loop Apartments. You will work as part of a maintenance team to ensure clean, hazard-free living spaces and strong customer service for residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner; cleans up after completion.
• Performs repairs on the property including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process as directed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.

Pay

$24-27/hour, dependent on experience.
