Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in maintenance preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, equipment, and systems, including conveyors, feeders, mills, and kilns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing issues to ensure smooth plant operation.
• Follow safety protocols and use of PPE while performing tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, logs, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and team to prioritize and schedule tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
