Job summary

PLZ Corp is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the weekend nights shift in Pacific, MO. The role involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs using CMMS, diagnosing issues on pumps, air compressors, boilers, heat exchangers and agitators, and supporting general facility upkeep including lighting and HVAC.

You should be flexible to respond to urgent maintenance needs and contribute to safety, cleanliness and efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position offering $30/hour.

Shift: Fri, Sat & Sun 4:00pm to 4:00am

Position Specific Responsibilities:

Executing and documenting preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Diagnosing and resolving issues with critical equipment such as pumps, air compressors, boilers, heat exchangers, and agitators.

Supporting general facility upkeep including lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems, and structural maintenance.

This role demands flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs, support continuous improvement efforts, and perform other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
