  • Support continuous improvement and structured problem-solving activities, including Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, waste reduction, and reliability improvements.
  • Assist with maintenance budget planning and cost control by monitoring labor, parts usage, outside services, and project expenses while supporting responsible inventory practices.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, performance metrics, shift handoffs, and compliance documentation; perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
  • Other duties may apply as required.
Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of CMMS work-order management, preventive maintenance, and TPM or similar equipment-reliability practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and preventive maintenance systems used in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, schematics, equipment manuals, technical instructions, and maintenance documentation.
