Qualifications

• Construction, general contractor, handyman, or general maintenance experience.
• Residential maintenance experience preferred; entry-level welcomed.
• Ability to work on the weekends and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Independently able to plan, organize, and perform high-quality detail-oriented work.
• Valid driver's license is required as driving is an essential job function.
