Management Support currently seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Onion Creek Luxury Apartments in Austin, TX. The technician will handle preventive and routine maintenance, respond to service requests, and support the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.

Qualifications include 1+ year in apartment maintenance, HVAC certification or willingness to obtain, and basic electrical/plumbing skills. The position follows a rotating weekend schedule with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or willingness to obtain (employer pays).
• 1+ year experience in apartment/maintenance trades.
• Basic electrical, plumbing and appliance maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and climb stairs as needed.
• On-call/emergency after-hours responsiveness required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on apartment units.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.
• Assist Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager as directed.
• Maintain safety standards and document work performed.
