The Housing Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician at the Cleveland Square Apartments & Hazel Park Apartments in Caldwell, Idaho. No experience required; we provide training and support to help you succeed in this role.

You will perform preventive maintenance, complete apartment turns, and help with groundskeeping and seasonal tasks while maintaining safe, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on commitments.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Availability to answer after-hours emergency maintenance calls.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work on the maintenance of the complexes, as well as occasional work at other complexes as needed, including individual apartment units and the grounds. This is a great chance to develop your skills in:

• Groundskeeping

In This Role, You Will:
