Job summary
Niagara Bottling, LLC in Kenosha, WI, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our production lines running and to troubleshoot and repair equipment including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. The role also covers chillers, air compressors, RO systems and general plant upkeep.
You will work with machine Operators, Supervisors and Sr.
Qualifications
- 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar maintenance environment.
- 4 Years – Experience in Position.
- 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects.
- Experience with troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics and diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment.
- Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other plant equipment.
- Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per defined processes.
- Maintain industrial control systems and safety practices.
- Document repairs and complete work orders; assist production as needed.
