AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring a dedicated maintenance professional to support our continuous manufacturing team. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support installations to maximize uptime and maintain high product quality.

This role collaborates with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. We value mechanical aptitude, electrical and control systems knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role requiring diagnosing, repairing, and improving production equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine documentation.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork with cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning.
• Maintain maintenance records and performance data.
• Provide technical support and training to operators.
