Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing and production teams in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain production equipment, participate in installations, and drive uptime and quality improvements.

You’ll work closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and safe practices, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance skills.
• Experience with low voltage wiring and circuits is preferred.
• Basic understanding of industrial controls and pneumatics.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics; able to lay out simple machining tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions.
• Support upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain maintenance records and performance data.
• Provide technical training to operators and team members.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work environment.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and external partners to resolve issues.
