AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to support our manufacturing and production teams in De Pere. You will maintain and improve production equipment by diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and assisting with new installations to maximize uptime and product quality.

The role collaborates with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance to ensure efficiency and consistent results, with a competitive hourly compensation and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to rebuild gears, align fixtures and forming equipment.
• Low voltage wiring installation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of three-phase circuits and motor control circuits.
• Basic knowledge of industrial controls (contactors, relays).
• Pneumatic systems understanding and simple machining/layout ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions.
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and performance data.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate with production, engineering, and external partners to resolve equipment issues.
