Job summary
Fidelis Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will perform preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment operates smoothly and safely.
You will use CMMS to track work, diagnose electrical and PLC issues, replace relays and sensors, and support robotics operations such as Yaskawa robots. The role requires adherence to OSHA and company PPE standards, and collaboration with production staff to
Qualifications
- Experience with preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and PLCs.
- Ability to use multimeters and read electrical diagrams.
- Experience with VFDs and robotics (Yaskawa preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on machinery and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
- Use CMMS to track maintenance activities.
- Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
- Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
