Fidelis Logistics is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations on 2nd shift in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with production to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting ability (electrical + mechanical).
• Ability to read diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
• Commitment to safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Use multimeters & electrical diagrams to diagnose issues.
• Repair or replace motors, sensors, wiring, switches, drives, and controls.
• Support PMs, parts changes, and machine adjustments.
• Work with production to minimize downtime.
• Log repairs and parts in the CMMS.
• Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and modifications.

What You'll Do
