Job summary

You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and handle apartment turnovers within 3–5 days while maintaining common areas and safety compliance.

The role requires valid driver’s license, strong communication, and teamwork. HVAC certification is preferred; on-call hours may be required with competitive benefits including health and retirement

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Handle apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (cleaning, sweeping, trash, windows).
• Monitor exterior building issues (roof, siding, shutters) and assist preventive maintenance.
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and keep area clean and safe.
• Observe safety rules and work cooperatively in a team; willingness to be on call.
