Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; may vary
Position
Perform maintenance and service on those general tasks required in the care of the building, equipment and grounds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Requires a general knowledge and aptitude on auxiliary generators, mechanical, electrical equipment
- Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical devices
- Must be in good physical health and have willingness to provide services as required
- Good communications skills; both oral and written
Required Licenses, Certifications
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License
- Must provide driving record with zero points and no moving/traffic violations in the past 3 years
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Primary Responsibilities
- Use and update a work order system for all requests of the work center
- Perform daily checks of facility and report deficiencies to supervisor for corrective action
- Perform daily grounds check to include parking lots
- Change out damaged ceiling tiles as needed
- Change out or repair light fixtures as needed
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues at all facilities
- Perform wall repair to included painting
- Perform basic plumbing tasks (sinks, toilets, drains, etc.)
- Perform basic floor covering tasks (carpet, tiles, etc.)
- Set up tables/chairs for OBI meetings
- Assist Donor Services in dropping off/picking up vans for mobile drives
- Perform basic vehicle checks weekly
- Order parts with approved vendors as needed
- Perform medical machine moves as needed
- Assist in setup of off-site functions
- Perform basic inspection of facility roofs as needed
- Operate multiple models of forklifts
- Interact with other departments to understand needs and accomplish tasks
- Perform on-call duties when assigned
- Perform all other duties as assigned
