Job summary

Dairy Challenge is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep facilities and production equipment running smoothly. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, perform preventive maintenance, and implement repairs or upgrades to improve performance and safety.

Responsibilities include documenting maintenance, ensuring GMP/SOP compliance, collaborating with production teams, and continuously upgrading skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications in HVAC/Refrigeration are desirable.
• 2–3 years in facility/production maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools.
• Performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Repairing and upgrading machinery for performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regs, GMPs/SOPs.
• Documenting maintenance activities and inspections.
• Collaborating with production teams to resolve issues.
• Updating skills with new tech and maintenance practices.
