Hilton Garden Inn Ft. Washington in Pennsylvania is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and keeping accurate maintenance records.

You will respond to maintenance requests, prioritize tasks, follow safety guidelines, and work independently to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest comfort. A minimum of 2 years' experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
