Job Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician/Transportation Driver completes general maintenance, minor troubleshooting, and minor repairs on electrical equipment systems, HVAC equipment, and plumbing systems. This position is also responsible for providing scheduled and special transportation for residents in a safe, comfortable, and timely manner. This is a full-time day shift position with occasional weekends.
