Job summary

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking Maintenance Technicians to help keep our facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained while supporting store operations and customer service.

No experience is required—we will train you. You will assist managers in maintaining a smooth operation to serve customers quickly and effectively, with opportunities for cross-training across departments and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• No experience? We will teach you!
• Customer-facing duties and general cleaning, maintenance, and safety awareness.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including HVAC, fuel, refrigeration, plumbing, and site inspections.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
