Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities clean, safe, and well‑maintained. You will assist managers to ensure smooth operations and serve customers efficiently. No experience? We will teach you! This is a part-time role in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll perform cleaning, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance across store areas, with opportunities to cross-train in other departments and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to operate with a team in a fast-paced convenience store setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Utilize tools for cleaning and basic maintenance (HVAC, fuel systems, plumbing, etc.).
• Cross-train in cashiering and leadership duties as needed.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction following company policies.
