Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Some community college courses in Maintenance Technology preferred.
• Must pass Ramsay Mechanical Reasoning Assessment.
• Two or more years of production experience in Eupora value streams preferred.
• Experience with maintenance shutdowns desired.
• Exemplary attendance, safety, quality and performance records required.

Responsabilités

• Assists in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment.
• Supports operation of gas-fired boilers and furnaces and related controls.
• Advises operators on procedures and informs management of potential problems and hazards.
• Adapts to new procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
• Operates man-lifts, forklifts and cranes.
• Aims to attain Maintenance Technician Trainee status within 24 months.
