Responsibilities

• Assist setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed.
• Perform manual repairs such as fixing locks or replacing windows.
• Undertake landscaping and grounds maintenance to keep property in tip-top shape.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
• Mow, weed eat and trim hedges and maintain equipment.
