The position features a paid apprenticeship path through LTC and a base starting rate of $33.11 per hour. Weekend rate with shift premium and a $5,000 sign-on bonus are offered, plus opportunities for

Qualifications

• 5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting preferred or active pursuit of education/training in maintenance
• Journeyman card or 10+ years maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of TPM, preventative/predictive maintenance, and equipment efficiency metrics
• Electrical, mechanical, machine rigging, light fabrication, power transmission, bearings, lubrication, pneumatic

Responsibilities

• Repair operations equipment promptly using root cause analysis
• Complete machine enhancement projects
• Collaborate with process improvement engineers to standardize work and increase throughput
• Use maintenance software to track work progress and materials
• Identify major equipment issues and implement corrective actions
• Troubleshoot and repair machine-related deficiencies and perform general maintenance
