Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc in Sheboygan is seeking a Maintenance Technician to coordinate repair and enhancement projects, supporting safety, quality, and productivity on assigned equipment. The role emphasizes troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, TPM and predictive maintenance, and training for continuous process improvement, with opportunities through Rockline's apprenticeship programs.

This position is safety-sensitive with a starting rate of $33.11 per hour, plus weekend rate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting.
• Journeyman card or 10+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Electrical, mechanical, machine rigging, light fabrication, power transmission, bearings, lubrication.
• Strong leadership, verbal, written, analytical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs to operations equipment in a timely manner through root cause analysis.
• Complete machine enhancement projects.
• Work with process improvement engineers to drive standardized work, reduce scrap, and increase throughput.
• Utilize maintenance software to track all team members' work progress and materials to ensure timely completion of work orders and employee performance accountability.
