Today, we are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician with experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heat pumps. Strong HVAC experience is required.

Offer Details:

• Industry-Leading Retirement – 401(k) with 4% match + historically 6.25% profit sharing (100% immediately vested)
• Low-Cost Health Coverage – Just $50 per paycheck for our Employee only HSA plan, with Palms contributing $1,000 for EE Only and $1,500 for EE+ Child or EE+ Family.
• $150 Weekly On-Call Stipend – Earn an additional $150 per week anytime you're on call.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.
• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.).
• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative.
• Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment.
• Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment.
• Valid Driver's License.
