The position requires 2 years of repair experience, strong communication, and a dedication to safety. Weekend and after-hours availability may be required as part of emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Assist maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.

Job DescriptionThe primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to assist with the maintenance program for the community and preserve the value of the asset. The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the community’s interior and exterior physical condition and is a customer service driven team player.Reports to: Maintenance SupervisorDirect Reports: NoneRoles and ResponsibilitiesThe duties listed below are an outline of the Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.
