Job summary

The Maintenance Technician at Landmark Properties Management, LLC supports the upkeep of the community, performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs while prioritizing resident comfort and safety.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor, respond to service requests, and assist in turnovers and preventative maintenance. A strong customer-service approach and OSHA awareness help maintain a well-kept, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Good communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, OSHA-approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies and perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance and conduct daily property inspections.
• Ensure safety policies and emergency procedures are followed.
• Assist in organizing and completing resident turnover tasks.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergencies.

Job DescriptionThe primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to assist with the maintenance program for the community and preserve the value of the asset. The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the community’s interior and exterior physical condition and is a customer service driven team player.Reports to: Maintenance SupervisorDirect Reports: NoneRoles and ResponsibilitiesThe duties listed below are an outline of the Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.
