Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s upkeep and preserve asset value. You will help maintain interior and exterior conditions and deliver responsive customer service to residents.
Responsibilities include routine repairs, inventory monitoring, preventative maintenance, and timely reporting. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and protecting resident confidentiality within the community setting.
The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to assist with the maintenance program for the community and preserve the value of the asset. The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the community’s interior and exterior physical condition and is a customer service driven team player.
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor. Direct Reports: None.
The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
