Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Davis, CA to assist with the maintenance program for the community and preserve the asset value. You will help maintain interior and exterior conditions while delivering customer-focused service to residents.

You will perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and appliances, coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor, and be available for weekend and after-hours emergencies.

• Two years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work weekends and after hours for emergencies.

Job Description:The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to assist with the maintenance program for the community and preserve the value of the asset. The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the community’s interior and exterior physical condition and is a customer service driven team player.Reports to: Maintenance SupervisorDirect Reports: NoneRoles and ResponsibilitiesThe duties listed below are an outline of the Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.
