MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Herald Apartments in Placentia, CA. You will handle grounds and unit upkeep, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and on-call emergency responses, delivering top-notch resident service.

The role emphasizes reliable multi-trades work, customer service, and teamwork within a well-established property management company with strong local presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a large property (200+ units).
• Experience across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) is required.
• Strong customer service mindset, flexibility, and teamwork.
• Consent to potential audio recording during work duties.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• On-call rotation availability.

Responsabilités

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances as needed.
• Paint and prepare units for turnover from tenants.
• Respond to emergency calls.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Herald Apartments in Placentia, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

• $25-$26/hour DOE
