Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s upkeep and safety. You will assist in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and help manage inventory while delivering quality service to residents.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility, including weekend and after-hours availability for emergencies. Training and a collaborative environment are provided by Landmark Properties.

Qualificações

• 2 years of experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections.
• Respond to service requests and emergency calls as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor with organizing turn and community events.

Job DescriptionThe primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to assist with the maintenance program for the community and preserve the value of the asset. The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the community’s interior and exterior physical condition and is a customer service driven team player.Reports to: Maintenance SupervisorDirect Reports: NoneRoles and ResponsibilitiesThe duties listed below are an outline of the Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.
