Job summary

The Ashford, operated by Pedcor Homes Corporation, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve the community in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on taking ownership of work orders, solving problems, and contributing to a welcoming resident experience.

We value dependable, detail-oriented team players who stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly. The position requires 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with on-call rotations and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
• Experience with appliances and plumbing repairs is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests with care and urgency.
• Maintain the overall condition and appearance of the community.
• Complete apartment punch lists and make-ready units.
• Perform drywall repair, painting, and general upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical issues.

What you'll be doing:

• Responding to and completing service requests with care and urgency

What you bring to the team:
