CLS Living in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the community’s physical condition and deliver exceptional resident service. You will perform daily walkthroughs, handle work orders, coordinate with leasing, and ensure safety and compliance while upholding CLS Living’s culture of excellence.

You will maintain property aesthetics, assist residents and prospects, and support an upbeat, customer-focused environment aligned with our values.

Competenze

• Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems.
• Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems.
• Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems.
• Experience with make-ready unit preparation.
• Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry.
• Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems.

Mansioni

• Perform daily property walkthroughs to ensure all areas are functional, safe, and well-maintained, supporting maximum curb appeal.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across offices, common areas, stairwells, exteriors, basements, grounds, and models.
• Identify and address potential liability issues related to property maintenance.
• Complete work orders promptly, professionally, and courteously, ensuring thorough cleanup after each task.
• Collaborate with leasing office to coordinate service requests and optimize resident satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and safe maintenance shop and storage areas.
• Comply with all codes, legal, OSHA, and safety regulations.
