Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dallas. You will be responsible for preserving the property's physical attributes, supporting management, and ensuring safety across the site.

The role emphasizes resident service, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of property appearance. Ideal candidates have at least one year of maintenance experience in a community, with skills in appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in maintenance for a residential community.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Experience with appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide complete support to management in enforcing standards and policies.
• Ensure safety measures are followed across the site.
• Maintain shop, company equipment, inventory control, and ensure key security.
• Make sure the property looks its best with strong curb appeal.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
