Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Dallas community. You will be our right-hand partner, cheerful and performance-driven, focused on residents and quality service, with a passion for maintaining high standards in all areas.

In this role you will own preservation tasks, assist management to uphold standards, enforce safety, maintain the shop and inventory, and ensure curb appeal while delivering outstanding service to residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a residential community.
• Knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building maintenance.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Ability to use computers and related applications.
• Jack of all trades with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide support to management to uphold community standards and procedures.
• Ensure safety measures are enforced.
• Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, and inventory control.
• Be an inspector! Curb appeal is imperative, make sure the property looks its' best
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and your teammates.

Requirements
